    We're Looking for Someone Who:

    • Holds a CIPD qualification in L&D, rather than a generalist CIPD.
    • Shows a preference for office-based work but can adapt to a flexible WFH schedule post the initial period.
    • Has a background in or a strong appreciation for architecture (preferred but not essential).
    • Proven experience within both L&D and recruitment, and happy to carry out generalist HR duties as part of this role.
    • Proactive, driven, confident, meticulous and takes pride in your work!

    1 Design and implement innovative L&D programmes.
    2 Conduct needs assessments to tailor training initiatives.
    3 Manage the end-to-end learning cycle for all employees.
    4 Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions.
    5 Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness.
    6 Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
    7 Liaise with stakeholders to align L&D strategies with business goals.
    8 Keep abreast of L&D trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
    9 Offer career development planning and guidance.
    10 Contribute to the enhancement of employee engagement through developmental initiatives.
