I have been working at iTech US as a contractor (more than 3 years)

I have been working in this company for almost 3 years. Very good company, nice people, good benefits, 2 health insurance plans (its optional if you want you can buy your own plans outside), 401(K) plan, very organized, they follow all immigration rules

GC process is slow and profit sharing plan is not good if employee is working for low hourly rate at the client location for several years as this plan is dependent on hourly billing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Speed up the GC process
    2) Provide training to employees to learn new technologies or to enhance their current skills ( groups in itech hub are not helpful to increase or to learn skills)

    Positive Outlook
