This role will include a variety of tasks including picking and packaging orders ensuring they are ready to go out to our customers, along with organisation of stock. It will also be a customer service role where customer service emails will need to be answered as well as social media messages and interaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking and packaging customer orders
- Ensuring quality checks are carried out prior to fulfilment
- Manifesting all orders for dispatch
- Handing fulfilment to courier
- Keeping the management up to date if any issues arise
- Maintain a high level of organisation of the stock room along with the packing area
- Report low stock issues daily to management
- Receiving deliveries, stock replenishment and management
- Folding boxes
- Reply to customer emails in a friendly and helpful manner
- Reply to social media enquiries and chats
- Processing customer returns
