We are in search of a dynamic and highly proficient individual to assume the role of Senior Advertising Manager, with an expert-level proficiency in digital advertising and robust project management capabilities. The Candidate MUST have worked on building ad campaigns on all platforms be proficient with A/B Testing and programmatic advertising.
Candidates must have handled high budget ad campaigns.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across various digital channels, including social media, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
● Lead end-to-end project management of advertising campaigns, from planning and strategy development to seamless execution, rigorous optimization, and insightful reporting, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, and sales teams, to crystallize campaign objectives, delineate target audience segments, and refine messaging strategies, while managing mid to large segments of ad spends.
● Oversee the creation and production of advertising assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring meticulous adherence to brand guidelines and alignment with campaign objectives.
● Efficiently manage advertising budgets, allocating resources judiciously to maximize campaign performance and achieve optimal return on investment (ROI), while conducting A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
● Continuously analyze campaign performance and conduct rigorous optimization using data-driven insights and analytics tools, ensuring the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving iterative improvements.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and seize innovation opportunities.
● Provide adept leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications in project management are a plus.
● Proven experience in digital advertising with an expert understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising, along with demonstrated experience managing mid to large segments of ad spends.
● Demonstrated project management skills, showcasing the ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
● Preferential experience with agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
