    I applied online – interviewed at 99 Cents Only.

    Interview Details

    Was contacted by Decision Toolbox, their recruiting partner for the standard situational question phone screen. Was contacted a few days later to meet with DM. He was late, dress inappropriately and lacked DM level interviewing skills. Not impress. Follow up with recruiter was good until they failed to call or email status on next steps or decision. Seems to be their MO...you fall off the map without communication, are asked to complete a survey on the hiring process.

    • Nothing really pertained to the qualifications or responsibility of the job assignment. Felt like their looking for key carriers that can merchandise. No smart people.   Answer Question
