Amdocs will provide you the best knowledge in terms of B/OSS products. The products are very good and there's a lot of room to learn new things, if there's a quest.
Best part of Amdocs is the work culture. People are very friendly and helpful from the day-1.
Amdocs gives a lot of facilities to it's employees like Day-Care, Spouse bring Spouse. Lot of cultural initiatives like Mentor Together, Blossom etc.
Good work life balance
Away from stupid systems like in other Indian companies like noting time during entry and exit in the company, avoiding smart phones, removing internet etc.Cons
The Indian GL and Managers before 10 years are now Directors and VPs. They have started the traditional Indian way of cutting costs and not stopping the good people from going.
Israeli management will innovate, have best practices, effective project management and programme management in order to reduce costs., but Indian managers are taking that beauty of Amdocs away.
Today in Amdocs, if you want to progress, you should be able to impress your superiors. If you know this skill, then nothing else is required. Onsites, promotions, favouritism and special facilities like leaving office at 4 pm are given to people who are 'ladlas' and 'ladlis' of the management. You will see the person who doesnt know anything promoted as manager, whereas person who is honestly working still gets an average grade.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Please do something to stop favouritism in Amdocs and value the employees based on their work.

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Amdocs.Interview Details
I was filtered through consultancy & invited for Online aptitude test, which consists of both technical & analytical questions. Once I cleared, I've got confirmation that I've cleared, but F2F interview date was not given. It was fixed only after couple of weeks.
F2F interview was challenging & hopefully I could satisfy his expectation.
HR round was just formal round, if you don't expect too much, you can clear it easily.Interview Questions
