    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at AngioDynamics.

    Interview

I worked through a recruiter who set up a phone screen with management, it was very positive, casual and upbeat, who asked for an on-site, face to face interview with all the team members,I did. It was a 5 hrs, I met with 5 people, all very nice and knowledgeable. It was a positive experience, all seemed excited about my experience and wanted to get things moving ASAP, they were going to contact the recruiter and that I can plan on receiving the details soon.

I was contacted 2.5 weeks later, informed that they spoke highly of me, no negatives, and due to budget issues could not take on new staff at this point, probably eventually just couldn't provide a timeline.

I was very confused considering their sense of urgency for me to start.
