I have been working at Astronics full-time (more than 10 years)

None, only a matter of time before current management runs the organization into the ground. Highly unethical tyrannical top management.. Only real pro is that you will be laid off when you come to the conclusion that the organization exists only to generate false profits and real bonuses for top management.

Poor compensation, unethical management, the organization cannot survive under the weight of the current management. ERP software is a complete fabrication and millions are tied up in obsolete inventory and work in progress that only worth scrap, so no bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please quit, others are trying to make the organization viable. You have been paid enough in bonuses to live well for many years.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Astronics in December 2011.

    Interview Details

They lied to me. Nothing was like they said during the interview. They said they provided health insurance, they provided the forms for me to pay the full amount of my health insurance. They said they paid bonuses, but they never seemed to make any money on their business so no bonuses were paid. They said the organization was stable and not subject hire and fire mentality, they constantly lay people off and hire new people,
