    I worked at Avaya full-time (more than an year)


    You get lots of time off.
    Training is good. Learned a lot in telecom boot camp.
    Compensation was more than other employers in town.


    The office is located in Magarpatta and it took long to commute.
    Some team members were in other timezones so coordinating with them was little difficult.
    Cafeteria food was not good at all.

    Application Details

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Avaya.

    Interview Details

    The interview process had 5 rounds of interview followed by the HR round. The first one was a Telephonic round(Technical round) followed by 2 face to face technical rounds, this was followed by a Technical telephonic round with the offshore Manager, yet to be followed by a Site Director level interview (informal round).
