I worked at Capital Senior Living

    Pros

Worked for a family owned facility. It was amazing

    Cons

We were bought out by CSL and I eventually left because they cared so little for staff or residents.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not allow your qualify of care to fall so low in the name of maximizing profits. Hire and retain hard working, caring workers.
