I worked at Columbia Sportswear full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Growing company. Well organized and good training. The company has a lot going for them but they tend to turn a blind eye to SM's that aren't the best. Basically if your store is making money they don't care about anything that happens behind the curtains. Decent discount and products. Really enjoyed working for the company but ultimately left due to my SM.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement unless you want to move to another city or state or someone leaves a store. Employee retention is not the best due to poor upper management. Products tend to be the same every year, just different colors.
