I have been working at ENGlobalPros
Great place to learn and everybody is willing to help. Relaxed culture if you are getting your work done. Good for entry level engineers.Cons
Company sometimes suffers from attrition sometimes and is unable to consistently replace the good people they lose. Probably the biggest cause of diminishing morale.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Don't wait until employees are out the door before offering pay raises. Offer bonuses for good work, holidays, or anything really. Bonuses go a long way with employees.
