Technology

Echo has developed a web-based proprietary technology platform, ETM™, which allows our team to analyze your transportation requirements and provide customized solutions. As an Echo client you will receive access to this web-based technology through your own customized web-portal, EchoTrak™. EchoTrak™ allows your transportation team to use the data Echo receives from our network of carriers to find you the most efficient and cost effective shipping solution. Then use our customized reporting functionality for instant access to metrics and reports created per your business needs.

Carrier Relationships

Our carrier network provides a depth of offerings within each mode. As a part of our Carrier Certification Program and commitment to quality, we continuously collect information on the carriers in our network regarding capacity, pricing trends, reliability, quality control standards and overall service. Through our ETM™ technology you have access to carrier metrics and customized reports.
