    Application

I applied through college or university – interviewed at Goodman Manufacturing.

    Interview

I met recruiters face to face in a career fair then I got a call back from them. The first interview was a phone screen interview with basic question about my experience. Only one technical question to show my basic understanding of heat transfer. Then a face-to-face interview with similar question as the phone screen. They are very interested in your plans once you are in the company.

    Interview Questions

    • Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How to increase the heat capacity of a heat exchanger?   Answer Question
