I have been working at Habitat for Humanity

    Pros

great people, making connections. learning new skills, exploring new communities, working with people towards a greater good

    Cons

challenging in a non-profit environment, volunteer staffing continually challenges organization and productivity (don't be shocked to come around on a second day to redo what was done incorrectly the day before :D
