    Senior Market Research Analyst Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months - interviewed at IDC (International Data Corporation) in July 2013.

    Interview Details

The interviews were very general and mostly revolved around the CV and technology comfort level.
The interviewers were very cordial, knowledgeable and had great business knowledge and I liked them a lot.

However the real horrendous events followed once I cleared all the interviews(3 rounds of interviews).
They made me wait for more than 4 months for the offer letter and kept on telling me to get in touch by end of month. And at the end of every month, I was told to wait for another month. Lately the HR also hinted to keep looking for other opportunities elsewhere as the company suffered some major setbacks throwing me at "ground 0" of job search.
This long wait was highly stressful.

    Interview Questions
    • The most difficult part of the entire process was to wait for the offer letter for 4-5 months not knowing when it will come by.
      Terrible experience.
