In addition to being named a 2014 Gartner MQ Leader, Kony also received “excellent” scores, the highest scores in 3 out of 4 use cases outlined in the MADP Critical Capabilities report.

Thomas E. Hogan
Thomas E. Hogan has been at the forefront of innovation in the enterprise software market for more than three decades. Before joining Kony, Tom served as executive vice president of Software at HP, with responsibility for all software functions, including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, operations and technical support. Prior to joining HP, Tom served as the president and chief executive officer of Vignette, a publicly held software company specializing in enterprise content management. He also held key leadership roles at Siebel Software, where he helped quadrupled total revenues as senior vice president of global sales and operations, and IBM, where he started his career and held a variety of executive posts.
Tom holds a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, graduating with distinction with concentrations in finance, international business and organizational behavior. He also holds a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from the University of Illinois.
Raj Koneru is an experienced entrepreneur with a record of success, an eye for market needs, and an ability to bring teams together, from technical developers to sales. Since founding Kony in 2007, Raj has spearheaded the development and continued innovation of the Kony Platform. Among the many successes Kony has experienced with Raj at the helm, the company has generated significant traction in the market, with global Fortune 500 brands leveraging Kony's products and services today.
He has more than 23 years of experience delivering to global enterprise business requirements. He co-founded Intelligroup (NASDAQ: ITIG) which grew to a $200m company over five years under his leadership. He also built Seranova (NASDAQ: SERA) which he grew to about $100m in revenues within 2.5 years and was sold in 2001. Raj co-founded a BPO company, iTouchPoint, which was sold in 2005. Raj has a master's degree in management from BITS, Pilani, India.
Abhay Parasnis leads strategy, development and product management at Kony, overseeing the company’s diverse product portfolio. Previously, Abhay served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Kony.
Prior to joining Kony, Abhay served as senior vice president of Oracle Cloud development. In this position, he was responsible for shaping Oracle’s overall cloud strategy, driving engineering and go-to-market strategy for Oracle’s cloud offerings as well as strategic M&A activities for the cloud business.
Prior to Oracle, Abhay spent almost a decade at Microsoft where he held various leadership positions in consumer and enterprise businesses. While at Microsoft, he helped create multiple new product lines, including Windows Azure AppFabric, Live Mesh and Windows Workflow Foundation. Previously, Abhay was Chief Architect at i2 Technologies, a leading supply chain management vendor, where he co-founded "Rhythm Collaboration Suite", an industry-leading supply chain collaboration suite. He started his career at IBM.
Abhay also holds more than 25 granted patents spanning consumer Internet technologies to enterprise developer platforms. Abhay has co-authored two books on Java technology.
John served in a variety of senior posts during his 30-year career at IBM, which included successful stints as CFO, head of IBM Global Services and head of IBM’s Asia-Pacific operations. Following IBM, Joyce served as managing director at SilverLake, a leader in technology investing, and most recently served as the vice chairman and CFO of Silver Spring Networks. Joyce led Silver Spring Networks through a successful S1 and IPO process that culminated in its public offering in 2013 and continues to serve as vice chairman.
John holds a BA from Montclair State University and holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Sriram (Sri) Ramanathan is a technology executive who brings more than 20 years of cutting edge experience in the telecommunications, wireless and mobile domains to his role as Kony's CTO. Most recently Sri was an IBM Distinguished Engineer, an IBM Master Inventor, and CTO of IBM's wireless, mobile and communications sector domains within the Global Business Services, where he was responsible for solution strategy, delivery and thought leadership. Prior to his ten-plus year career with IBM, Sri worked as an integration architect at Commercequest, a B2B innovator and at GTE (now Verizon), as a lead architect in the development and deployment of their provisioning and inventory infrastructure and their mobile field force automation initiatives.
Sri is a recognized innovator, who has filed for over 85 patents in the mobile, wireless, digital media and smart grid domains, published in multiple publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from BITS Pilani in India and a master's degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the University of South Florida Tampa.
With more than 25 years of experience in high technology across marketing, sales, product development and general management, Dave oversees all aspects of Kony’s global marketing efforts.
Before joining Kony, Dave served as vice president and general manager at CSC, where he led the $2 billion industry software, services, business process outsourcing division for the company. Prior to joining CSC, Dave was senior vice president for worldwide marketing for the enterprise business division of HP, a $57 billion unit that included the company's portfolio of servers, storage, networking, software and services and established the company's best practices for digital marketing and industry marketing. He has also held key executive roles at Siemens, where he served as executive vice president of Global Marketing and Communications, and UGS Corp, where he was CMO and executive vice president. Dave’s impressive experience also includes leadership positions at Vignette, Novell and Oracle.
Dave holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the Ohio State University.
Hollie has more than 20 years of experience successfully defining and executing key operational areas for growing technology companies. Prior to joining Kony, Hollie served as senior vice president of Administration at BMC Software, where she lead 13 acquisitions and three divestitures and was responsible for global human resources, real estate and facilities, government and community affairs, and employee and executive communication. Prior to BMC, Hollie held HR leadership positions at Talisman-Energy, Cisco Systems, General Electric and IBM.
Hollie earned her MBA from Thunderbird University, which focuses on international business and her undergraduate degree from Marlboro College. She also is an Advisory Board Member for Thunderbird University.
Blake P. Sallé
Blake P. Sallé is President of Field Operations for Kony, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions. In this role, Blake is responsible for the global sales, consulting, sales operations, channels and alliances, sales engineering, and customer success.
Prior to joining Kony, Blake served as Vice President and General Manager for CSC’s Americas Region. In this capacity, Blake was responsible for the strategy and end-to-end execution of the company’s commercial-focused business, including consulting, systems integration, application services, industry specific solutions, and software IP. He and his organization focused on advancing CSC’s position in high-growth markets, pursued new business and grew existing accounts that incorporate the company's industry-specific IP and technology, while leveraging CSC’s vast network of strategic alliances. At CSC, Blake and his team have been instrumental in leading the successful transformation of the company’s comprehensive turnaround strategy.
During his successful career, Blake served in a variety of senior leadership positions across worldwide sales, channel and field operations at some of the most recognized and innovative organizations within the high tech and healthcare industries, including Cisco, VCE (a joint venture between Cisco, EMC and VMware), Johnson & Johnson and Silver Tail Systems (acquired by RSA). At Cisco, Sallé served as global vice president of Security and Mobility Sales.
Blake holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Neeraj Nityanand is Executive Vice President of Global Services and Support for Kony, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions. In this role, Neeraj will ensure Kony delivers the highest level of value and service to its growing base of global enterprise customers.
Prior to joining Kony, Neeraj was Managing Director of CSC, India overseeing the company’s India's business and operations, including all service lines and support functions. In his previous role with CSC’s Global Consulting Group, Neeraj was a lead executive overseeing new business, strategy, acquisitions and global delivery.
Neeraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT Kanpur in India and a Masters in Engineering and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
