I have been working at Life Time Fitness

Great proximity to my home, flexibility to leave for family issues. Reduced membership after years of paying family rate.

Many members in management including leadership positions have a high school mentaility. Truly corporate environment, people who have worked here for years are in positions of management with no true management experience. Compensation is lower than comparable positions but I guess free membership is supposed to make up for that?
