Our flexible spending accounts allow you to save on taxes for healthcare and dependent daycare expenses. We also offer an employer-matching 401(k) Savings Plan and a Pension Plan, which provides an additional benefit at retirement.
The Nestlé 401(k) Savings Plan allows you to save on a tax-deferred basis through convenient payroll deductions. To help you save for retirement, Nestlé USA will contribute $1.00 for each $1.00 you contribute up to 3% of your eligible pay, plus $0.50 for each additional $1.00 you contribute up to the next 2% of your eligible pay, for a maximum employer matching contribution of 4% of your eligible pay. You will become 100% vested in your employer matching contributions after completing three years of service or upon reaching age 65 while employed at Nestlé or any of its Affiliates, whichever is earlier. What’s more, the plan offers investment options for every type of investor.

Health & Wellness
Our Health & Wellness programs improve the nutrition, health and wellness of the general public and employees alike. For example, our Healthy Steps for Healthy Livesprogram supports K-3 classrooms with materials that teach kids to make good decisions when it comes to food and exercise. We have also partnered with Produce for Better Health Foundation to sponsor information sheets featuring Nestlé brands on plates that are half fruits and vegetables, in an effort to show consumers how Nestlé products can be part of a delicious and nutritious meal. Nestlé USA has also donated over 100 million pounds of food and beverages to Feeding America.
We believe that educating the youngest generation is the key to creating a healthy future for all. Our Youth Education programs focus on nutrition education and enhancing academic skills children need to live healthy, productive lives. Through our Nestlé Adopt-a-School program, we have adopted 53 schools across the country. Nestlé employees are encouraged to volunteer at these schools to promote literacy and health and wellness education. And since 1992, we have provided more than one million students with over four million books.
Our Community Development programs involve the company and its employees in making our communities better places to live and work. Each year, as part of our Community Care Campaign, Nestlé employees voluntarily provide monetary contributions to United Way and other non-profit organizations of their choice. Thanks to this campaign, Nestlé USA and its employees have been able to contribute over $15 million to community organizations in the last 10 years.
Our Nestlé Very Best in Youth program allows employees to nominate and honor young people for their good work, grades, and commitment to community. What’s more, Nestlé USA has contributed $1 million to organizations supported by this program.
Our Employee Volunteerism opportunities enable employees to devote time outside of work to promote health and wellness, youth education and community development. For example, during the holiday season, many of our employees and their families come together to serve holiday meals to the homeless. And when it comes to youth outreach, Nestlé USA volunteers impact more than 35,000 students each year. Our Nestlé National Day of Volunteering unites Nestlé USA employees across the country in a special day dedicated to bringing Good Food, Good Life to the communities where we work and live.
