    I worked at Northwestern University

    Pros

People are friendly, understanding and helpful. Work is not too stressful. Office hours are relaxed as long as you get your work done and on time.

    Cons

Low pay. But it is grant and University funded so it's understandable. Plus the work style and stress is not very high either.
