    I worked at NxStage full-time for less than a year


    Team was helpful. My team members helped me when I needed.


    Little Unfriendly to me. The working environment was not seemed to me very friendly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to create friendly environment. To be trained some managers about treating their team members in an appropriate manner.

    I applied online. The process took 6 weeks - interviewed at NxStage in January 2010.

    Interview Details

    Several different interview dates (3) each being 4-6 hrs each session. Very repetitive

    • Not very difficult questions. More touchy feely ethical type questions. Very concerned about preserving company culture.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
    Yes there was negotiations. It was done through the HR dept. HR had no authority so they had to back to the hiring manager to get approval. Not very efficient.
