My Manager is technically good and at times pitch in and discuss the real use cases
which help us to resolve the issues. He is always there with us to resolve the obstacles that come in our way
Regular one on one meetings with manager helps to get early feedback and discuss career aspirations
Based on my interest the kind of assignments have come to me
Team is very cooperative and collaboration across the teams in overture is good
They always recognize the results and hard work and encourage team by giving awards

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Overture Networks (Bangalore) in April 2013.
interview process is very long and much irritating. its around 6/7 round and goes for a month ( 1 or 2 round/week). My advice to the employer is please respect others time and make the interview as short as possible.
- There was no difficult or unexpected questions.in all the 6 round I got the same questions.Just record the first interview and play in the rest of the round :). Answer Question
