I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week – interviewed at Pentair in June 2011.
interview will be a lengthy with a lot of management decision followed with medical process. Background check is done thoroughly. There was skill testing for excel and ppt. People in HR are very cooperative. However, when the back ground check is done, the recruiter is being asked to do so.

Negotiation was done for the in hand salary to receive more.
