    I worked at SolutionsIQ as a contractor for less than a year


    Well paid, interesting role, and a lot of freedom (too much?) to approach the job how you see fit. Generally good variety of clients too.


    Poor communication from head office staff, and quite tardy on payments - often was waiting 2+ months for payments. The worst part though is ignoring contracts to bring people on and off as they need, ignoring contract periods and other agreements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try and be more considerate of contract workers and I believe you will get better results. Communication from head office to staff in the field could be improved.
