    Pros

    So long as you show up every scheduled day, on time and ready to work, you're on the right track for job security. Benefits through the company are worth it.

    Cons

    Every machine operator (or those that really care about their work) struggles to keep their machine going, and going right for 8 to 12 hours. Supervisors tend to be two-faced, and WILL throw you "under the bus" when machine issues effect your productivity, to the point of having a lie ready to "prove" the operator is at fault, rather than the machinery.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management would rather throw more work hours at achieving production goals, than to spend any money to fix known and ongoing issues with the machinery.

    Interview Details

    Submit a resume, request an application and if possible the pre-employment test. If you are selected, an HR representative will call you back. You will sit down for a 15-30 minute interview with the manager of the section that is hiring. If you are selected after the interview, you will receive a second call back for the formal job offer and upon your acceptance you will be subject to a urine test and physical.
