    Pros

The environment is very easy going and the managers are very understanding
Coworkers are nice and are very realistic when it comes to decision making
The people are knowledgable and willing to help if you don't understand or are still learning

    Cons

In comparison to industry standards, the pay is within the 15th percentile.
We're always overloaded. 9 hour days at least. Compensation for extra hours is non-existent/minimal.
Compared to industry, the benefits aren't amazing.
