I worked at Westernacher full-time for less than a yearPros
Working on an hourly rate (even whilst travelling) and can make use of own Ltd (or Umbrella Company)
Becoming partner after a year or so...Cons
Don't know where to start from, but here are some REAL Gems !
- No support from other members
- Jobs for the "boys" basically that fit the clique !
- They hire a lot of individuals on perm basis just to fulfill certain stages of projects and to avoid daily rates from hiring external consultants. They then get rid of them, before the cesation of the probation period, they keep on hiring again to complete the rest of the projects' stages, and so on !!!
- Their Solution Architects get most of the job from working on various projects simultaneously,to pump up the total, hourly, tally...when their mid range and senior consultants are twiddling their fingers, waiting from more work to be given to'em-How Loudicrous and insulting !!!
-Solution Architects with questionable credentials!Advice to ManagementAdvice
Advice to Partners: Don't take any advice from your Solution Architects seriously on the resources front in particular...in fact get rid of all your SAP SCM Architects and start all over again!!!Doesn't RecommendNegative Outlook
