    I like the support I get from my staff team and functional support teams. My peers are knowledgeable and easy to work with. The operating teams are open and receptive to change. A tremendous amount of experience and skill makes the amount of technology we use appear simple to apply to our processes. The company is investing in technology everywhere.


    Some teams are ahead of others related to continuous improvement. The teams are all aligned to the same goals and metrics yet somewhat autonomous in the way they are managed to achieve goals.

    I applied through a staffing agency – interviewed at Zimmer.


    It was very easy. A few basic questions and asked if I was interested. I had the only interview and was offered the job all in the same day. The company was especially interested in the fact that I have a MS and I was able to negotiate a higher pay because of that.
