ProsQuick interview procedure, adequate training program, fairly up-to-date equipment, satisfactory work environment.

ConsLied about job during interview: never said it was 8 hours of handling complaints every day!

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain us to upsell after listening to 15 minutes of customer complaining. They don't want to buy when they're angry!

Decent People, Low Pay

ProsLots of Turnover creates opportunities for movement yet most of them just lateral, schedule was no weekends.

ConsNo upward movement unless going into management, supervisors seemed overworked and stressed, achievement based pay brought salary up to a competitive level but included some metrics that were hard to control per phone call.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in more professional setting for workers if you want them to act as professional as you say, more private cubicles to cut down on noise could not hear yourself if you get next to the wrong person.
