    -Closely work with development folks in technical discussion
    -Learning when you are free
    -Greatly talented employees

    -Tim brought too many fools from Google.
    -Closure of India BDC team was a disappointment
    -No wise decision makers in Management.
    -Nothing is transparent

    cool office space. fun, casual working environment.

    Cons

    constant layoffs caused a lot of job insecurity. finally 90% of the company got laid off. Avoid this company if you can.
