Pros – get to work on everything end-end. Need to stick to schedule of development plan to avoid last minute hassles. work is not stressfull in planned right.
Cons – can get hectic during QA cycles and issue resolution for production support. dependency on other teams can create delays which can set back a lot of work

Pros – Good Management and organizational culture.........Enough fexible ,best transport , oppourtunity to grow
Cons – the compensation is TOO LESS.....
and managers will make u run from pillar to poles to accept and finalize it for FnF.
Advice to Senior Management – Please promote ppl from within the organization and train them for the same. A person will never be perfect for a position (IJP), but u can always train them.

Pros – Great place to be in to showcase your potential and thus rewarding too.Up the ladder;opportunities to learn new technologies.Opportunity to move to different department.
Good pay packages and yearly hikes for deserving candidates.
Cons – Common problems. Believe it persists in every company.

Pros – The technical work is good.
Equal opportunity is given to each individual to learn and work on technical skills.
The work environment is good.
No politics.
Team members are helpful.
Cons – Salaries given are not good neither are the shift allowances.
Neither the company nor the project spends much on team members.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not let the senior team members move out because of salary or the designation. Try to negotiate with them.
