Pros – Very nice working atmosphere provided in Accenture. Good career development opportunities provided.

Cons – Being in India, the shift timings in some projects might not be suitable for employees.

Pros – This company is best company in terms of the facilities provided. Have various recognition awards for good performance.

Cons – The opportunities are provided very less at small facilities like Gurgaon,kolkata etc.

Advice to Senior Management – Kindly treat everyone the same irrespective of working from small locations. The managers in small facilities are not properly aware of the Accenture policies and great values which it has.

Pros – People driven HR policies, Good Brand Value, Varied Roles, Emphasis on Process driven methods, Open Bay Workplace Environment, True feel of a Global IT support network.

Cons – Performance Management Cycle a joke! Promotion decisions are based on project budget rather than actual merit or eligibility or loyalty to the tenure served. Upper management focused on showmanship rather than appreciating and encouraging individual contribution.

- Good in facilities and monitory benefits , Regular 5* hotels parties , great exposure and good work

Cons – Traveling and lack on projects at Gurgaon location .They should revamp the North india now in all the technologies .

Advice to Senior Management – Please revamp North india facilities like DDC with more technology like oracle apps

Cons – Most projects are support projects that use legacy systems
Not all resources gain exposure to the latest technology
No HR policy in place to ensure absence of cultural groups or language uniformity at the workplace

Advice to Senior Management – Please concentrate on providing soft skills training to all resources at all levels and not only just during their induction. It should be provided at regular intervals.
