Pros – Once had a good product

Cons – Technology is lagging; invested in top managmenet and not is developers or technology. Poor leadership, rampant turnoever at all levels; management is overpaid while middle and lower level people are under paid. Toxic, predatory environment.

Advice to Senior Management – Go home - you don't know what you are doing and you have sunk this company.

Pros – Had a great industry leading product with a world class channel group.

Cons – They have slid on the technology side and are not leaders anymore.
Senior management turnover has been rampant (5 major changes in 3 years).
Toxic environment for those left.

Pros – Great people. Huge opportunity. Indoor parking. Well stocked snack room. Inclusive in decision making. Great IT staff. Clear vision for the company. Very international in attitude and workforce. Great products.

Cons – Some policies such as filing expense claims, are draconian and untrusting. Some people have been there too long. A lot of new employees so culture is not stable.

Advice to Senior Management – On the right track. Maybe spend a bit more on some of the internal systems and speed up decision making.

Pros – a lot of opportunities to grow in middle management, relatively easy to start your carier as manager from technical or engineering position.

Cons – Company doesn't allow middle managers to step up to senior positions and at the same time senior management is too weak and there is very high turnover within senior management

Still plenty of excellent professionals
Salary and benefits are on a reasonably high level

Cons – A lot of incompetent people in the management (on the edge of chaos in some teams)
Lack of promotions, it's easy to stuck in low position
Layoffs and projects closure under new CEO
Employee shortage after hiring freeze

Advice to Senior Management – Fork up some money and hire skilled workers! Don't let people go so easily

Good career starter, to get experience and search better options
If you're lucky with the project, the benefits are great as well

Top managers made some mistakes recently and canceled few promising projects.
New projects aimed for a new markets are dubious

Pros – I have been with Acronis for 2 months, and I have a good feel for company culture now. Under the new leadership there is an abundance of positive change with the business direction. The new leadership understands what is needed to move forward and expand, while not ignoring the business that has made them successful for the last decade.

Cons – There is still a lot of work to be done, which means long hours, but the work is rewarding and team-oriented.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep the new course, and continue the employee-centric activities that have resulted in the positive work environment.

Purely numbers driven company - doesn't matter how many "bodies" are left in the wake of hitting the number

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the people who have been hired to do their jobs. They have more depth in their field than anyone in managment. No one person has all the answers

Real opportunities for Acronis to grow and be successful.
There are some really talented and lovely people working here.
Good mix of maturity and experience - the right people getting the right roles, in the right geographies.
Alex Pinchev will make Acronis more successful, you can count on it.
New leaders like Alex P and Scott Crenshaw value people and are respected throughout the industry.

Just six months ago I wouldn't have recommended this company to a friend - but now I would.

Cons – Has been a lot of change this year and there is still a lot ahead, but it is all good change.
You have to be self motivated and stay focused and flexible, because of the changes.
I am bored of eating at the Beacon Grille.

Advice to Senior Management – The management changes have been good so far - keep going til the right team is in place and is a real management team. Some of the culture issues from previous management are still lingering - stay consistent in action and words and demonstrate company values etc. You have an incredibly bright and observant employee base - keep up the open communication!
