I worked at Adobe full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A lot of smart people work here so there is no shortage of talent and experience to learn from. You get to interact and work with all the stakeholders very closely.
Adobe is great at taking care its employees. It provides great pay, good health plan , regular events keep everyone interested and there is a freedom to work in the way it pleases you.

    Cons

With inclusion of a lot of new people, Adobe has lowered the standard of people they are hiring. The standard of discussions among the peers is reduced a great deal. Apart from this, there is a lot of stagnation in the older projects. If you are trapped in one of those, there is no scope of innovation or growth .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Kindly improve the standard of hiring, please focus on quality and not quantity

I worked at Adobe full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work life balance is awesome! Environment to work is awesome. Free lunch and dinner provided. Time to time trips and parties are organized to keep the mind fresh.

    Cons

Growth is constant at Adobe. Also, devlopers are treated far better than testers in terms of salary. Bit of monotonous work for testers.

I worked at Adobe full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Technical product based company
    Free lunch and dineer
    Flexible working hours

    Cons

Indian style management, managers shout down people.
Technology does not seem to be great compared to the brand that Adobe has.
Verge large difference in increment in strong vs solid bands.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Judge the team members on the present work and not past achievements. A lot of people rest on their laurels and goodwills of past work, though they are not doing active work now.

I have been working at Adobe full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Like all BIG companies, no scarcity of resources or opportunities
    Great work-life balance
Innovation hub - latest and greatest going on all at all times.

    Cons

Not all functions that rewarding, so you need to constantly look for ways to get job satisfaction if stuck in such a function.
Compensation structure can be improved further. Not at par with companies of same stature.
HIghly tilted towards engineering. Rest functions suffer due to this.

I worked at Adobe full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Adobe is just perfect. Probably one of the companies u would want to retire from. If not for the relocation I would have continued working here. The management is cool and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place to work for! How I wish I could back to the place!

    Cons

I don't see any cons much apart from the salary which is slightly lesser than your expectation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the friendly environment which motivates the employees to work
