    Pros

Easy way to get a job, they're very understanding with anything that happens, and they work with you to help you and their client.

    Cons

You're a temp employee. The usual- uncertainty with jobs, sometimes you get a crap job, etcetera

I have been working at Aerotek full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Aerotek is a great place for someone who is still relatively early in your career. You get to learn a lot about how business is done. There is a lot of young people, so it is definitely a fun atmosphere and you get closer with your coworkers than you would at most other jobs. As far as compensation goes, if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone and develop continually, you can make a whole lot of money

    Cons

Hours can be a bit long, as you work in a production based environment. Also, if you aren't doing very well, you won't make a whole lot outside of your base pay. Benefits are expensive

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more money in internal beneftis

    Pros

Good jobs are available and a lot are temp to hire

    Cons

Most are temp to hire, but possible to move up to permanent according to the company's expectations, but since it is a temp service, must pay for benefits.

I have been working at Aerotek full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very good place to work right out of college
Hard work is actually rewarded here, if you work hard you will succeed. Aerotek provides you with a template, if you follow it and if you can handle working hard, this is a good place to work.
This is a great place for competitive people to work

    Cons

Very long hours, sometimes monotonous work. If you do not fit the culture you will not last long with the company. Working in the wrong division can hurt your income.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to hire the right people, make internal hiring harder process. When considering people for promotion, promote the best player, not the player that has been there longer.

    Pros

The have multiple contract positions in numerous areas & industry.

    Cons

There are not many perks and after being assigned to a contract there was very little conversations on phone, e-mail, or one on one.

    Game Tester, Fun but tedious

Former Employee - Quality Assurance Tester  in  Redmond, WA (US)
Former Employee - Quality Assurance Tester in Redmond, WA (US)

I worked at Aerotek as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

You get to play games all day, sounds like a lot of fun and at the start of a product it is. You have the opportunity to get your hands on unreleased software that people won't see for months and get to see the game as it grows.

    Cons

You aren't payed all that much, and you aren't guaranteed to be kept on when your project finishes but that's the problem with contract work. You're working on the same game eight hours a day five days a week and if you're on a longer project it can get very tedious. Game testing isn't nearly as fun as people think it would be.
