“Lack of Management”
I worked at Alliance Resource
Pros – Highly profitable business operation. Field operations very competent.
Cons – Corporate management - especially CFO - have no management skills. IT is placed under the CFO's charge and he should be let go for "dereliction of duty"
Advice to Senior Management – Take IT away form the CFO and it will be able to become a viable area to work in at Alliance. The CFO is a figurehead for the investment community and has no business managing people.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
