Current Employee – been working at Allianz full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – The people are excellent. The front line staff is very helpful and cheerful and very hard working. The cab facility is excellent there is a good work life balance if you are part of a business division
Cons – Corporate functions is like a sweat shop. You work tirelessly without reward. HR managers are not helpful at all and have poor leadership qualities. Working for the BPO is the best as the head is a nice person, very helpful and is a strong leader as are the heads of the other business division.
Pantry food can be better

Former Employee – worked at Allianz full-time for less than a year
Pros – The money was good. Decent salary plus very good variable pay which is up to you to make. Realistic targets which could be achieved with a reasonable effort. A fun place to work with.
Cons – I felt that the growth cycle from a CSA level1 to the Assistant Manager post is very long.
Advice to Senior Management – Can stand up to their British bosses a bit more in terms of being realistic in their expectation rather than to just nod for everything and then think of how to get the thing done which they nodded for.

Current Employee – been working at Allianz full-time for less than a year
Pros – The people really practice the company credo of "be true in everything you do". Not only are the people authentic, but they are caring, considerate, intelligent, positive, and great to work with.
Cons – While the organization is HUGE globally, there may be limited opportunities in some career paths depending on your willingness and ability to move around. If you're a dynamic individual that knows how to leverage your skills into different areas of the business, you can easily overcome that obstacle.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on doing what you're doing. It's a great place to work!
