Pros – Onsite travel, good exposure, small teams

Cons – Feeling of stagnancy, bad work life balance

Pros – Employee caring.
Employee beneficial policies.
Food and Transport facilities very good.
Lots of extra curricular activities.
Good work enivironment.
Transparency for employees regarding management decisions.

Cons – TL Driven appraisal .
Babu culture spreading very fast in higher management.
Less quality work in most of the projects(GSSi Division)
Amdocs based customized systems to work on.
Frequent changes in Management decisions like project movements.
Few low profile GLs and managers(From small company experiences) degrading the culture .quality.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees for GLs and PMs feedback.
Take action.
Soft skills should be emphasized.

Pros – Comfortable working atmosphere. No restrictions on dress code , belongings . Not much on security either.

Cons – Not much growth . Not much challenging after a certain time period.

Pros – Wonderful culture, Best work for Java/j2eee, Management is helpful

Cons – India team do not always get a better work, which is similar to other companies

Pros – * Nice open work culture
* Flexible timings, though indian management is now trying to constraint
* Salaries are okie
* Amdocs is famous for it's food, no eating problems :)
* No Bench, so work most of the time though not much pressure

Cons – * Israeli dominated company, they order we follow
* Indian management has ruined the company's nice policies with cost cuttings in last 3-4 years
* Salaries are now coming to Indian company standards, but they are still high
* Standard of recruitment has sharply declined, as company goes to any xyz college for recruitment under cost cutting
* People staying here for long are getting less salary compared to market

Advice to Senior Management – * Please improve the company standards
* Avoid unnecessary cost cutting, please review salaries to atleast meet the Market for employees present for long period

Pros – No Formalities / No Dress Code / Management is always ready to talk with you.

Cons – Good for Long term employment

Advice to Senior Management – work in your way...and let other Organisations do whatever they are doing. Keep the policies as they were.. it's just because of those policies 'Amdocs is where it is now' :)

Cons – Its addictive, and too good to leave

Pros – Employee friendly company. Benefits are good.

Cons – No trainings and self grooming program. After some time life becomes stagnant. There is a danger of developing a comfort zone :-)
