Pros – Good atmosphere, good employee care initiative.
healthy environment for growth but it has to be self motivated and individual has to work hard to pursue his/her objectives

Cons – Stressed work hours most of the times
Work life balance issues
Compensation is way below par as compared to other product based companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Please stop comparing AMDOCS with Infosys/TCS/Wipro or other Indian service based companies.

Cons – product based, less technically challenging tasks

Pros – The work culture at Amdocs is among the best in the world.
Not many organizations give one an opportunity to work with such highly talented individuals.

Cons – If you are planning to join, don't change your technology and try to do some research about team which you are about to join.company is very good if you are in a good team.if team is not good you will feel hell in Heaven.

Advice to Senior Management – try to assign work as employee skill.

Cons – onsite chances to US are almost 0 for 0-3 year experience
CTC is also now not up to mark per dream companies
india mgt is full of politics.

Advice to Senior Management – plz handle DVCI from Israel mgt and arrange extra hour working salary

Pros – Excellent work culture, free breakfast/snacks, good onsite opportunities. In case of any issue or concern, you can talk to management directly.

Cons – Depending on your team, you may not be able to do hard core coding. There are some proprietary tools, that you have to use and work on. So if you are a fan of coding, you may not like it here.

Pros – Amdocs is one of the good companies to work in. Some advantages Amdocs offers are - above average package (though not so high), flexibility regarding timings, work from home and very good facilities for transport, awesome food (especially in India, not so good in the US). Lots of things depend on which division you join. If you join PBG, they have laid back kind of lifestyle but support etc guys have their night oils burning. Onsites for India folks are good.

Cons – Some divisions in Amdocs don't do any good work technically. So, if you are a fresher or less experienced engineer, be very careful what is your exact work profile.

Cons – No preference for Onsite and other benefits to loyal employees over the time

Pros – if you looking for a opportunity in a good service sector company then amdocs is the place for you.

Cons – too much biased no matter how much hard work you put in opportunities goes to only few people . israeli domination at peeks and gujju favorism at heights ( atleast in my division).if you are from premier colleges of india never look at amdocs you deserve more than this (personal exp ).they say it as product based company but not completely true .

Advice to Senior Management – Indian management is worst they are very much biased especially for onsite opportunities .in two years of my experience i saw a paradigm shift in recruitment process they are doing mass recruitment with lesser pay as done in other service sector companies but work here is not same as other companies , its a legacy system and needs experienced people
