    Pros

    Managers are great at doing their jobs!! The employees and managers are all very effective communicators!! I love that every manager I have had works with my school schedule both while I was in high school and while I was in college!!

    Cons

    The customers are definitely a challenge. Sometimes they male your job harder than it has to be, but they don't do it on purpose, of course. Keeping the Drive-Thru timer where it belongs is STRESSFUL!!

    I have been working at Arby's part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Pretty good management, mostly friendly environment, friendly coworkers, and advancement opportunities if you're a hard worker. Very flexible hours in my experience (usually pretty steady and fair hours) although any more than 40 is overtime and not allowed.

    Cons

    Can get stressful during rush times, and as with any fast food job a lot of people just don't work out or quit– can be very stressful if you are low on staff as well. LOTS of cleaning to do (although from customer perspective this is good) can be very hard on your body if you're working 8hr shifts on the daily. Service times can be hard to hit during rushes, coupon drops can make your week a living hell. Customers can be rude occasionally.

    Respect employees, cut some slack. Sales and service times are important but no one is perfect!

    Pros

    My teacher Ray Bly, was the best thing about this job. He show me what it really take to be successful in this business.

    Cons

    I do not like the "letting them go" process. When you find out your people suck let them go.

    The discount came in handy when you need a bite to eat on your day off or plan on ordering for before or after a shift.

    Cons

    Too much drama because of alot of unprofessional workers.. Host some of the rudest customers and employees

    good flexible scheduling if in school or have a 2nd job

    Easy job, compliments and recognition when you do something well, some coworkers became good friends, close knit

    Cons

    Very low pay for the amount of work, favoritism, drama, angry customers, small raises

    Be more hands on and focus on employees more because their mood effects how they treat customers

    Started out at 37.50 an hour. Got 500 pay bonus every month. And compensation I got another 200 I was making bank

    Cons

    People wouldn't tip us but the people who did gave 100 $ bills every time such nice people to do that

    Pros

    There was alot of good things working at arbys for 5 years. Made alot of friends, alot of the crew was cool and around my age. I had the job when i was in College so i could relate to alot of my coworkers.

    Cons

    They stopped the raise after $1 increase even after working there so long. Closing as late as we did on the weekend and then having to wake right back up a couple hours later and open was annoying.
