I was unhappy with the supervisor I had when I worked for Arby's in Minnesota and also one of the co-workers there also.

Communication between stores was great, especially between GMs.

    Cons

No shows by teenage employees, long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More promotions from within for Area Managers. TOO MUCH HIRING FROM OUTSIDE FOR HIGHER POSITIONS.

Flexible with school schedule, holidays and everyday life: Good job for high school students and college students

    Cons

DON"T PAY ENOUGH, YOU DO EVERYTHING for $7.25: maintenance, back line, front, fries, etc.. I'm like you all only pay me $7! UNPROFESSIONAL: Employees call out every single day, show up late, etc... Too much to handle for too little pay

Former Employee - Fast Food Worker in Burlington, CO (US)

    Pros

The team was great. Definatly the best place in town to work as far as fast food goes. Very flexible with the schedule at my location. Hired very high quality employees at my location. Good incentives to work hard such as contests, bonuses, etc at my location.

    Cons

    Lower pay that some competitors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perks at my location were good. TMTP training was a little simple but definatly a step in the right direction. Menu changes too often and it makes it difficult on stores to prepare for the day.
