    Pros

It's a job, that is about it.

    Cons

there is a lot of work to do and you get paid close to minimum wage. It's hard to get promoted even though that's something they sell you on when you're hired. Even when you do get promoted the raise is not very significant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked at Arby's

    Pros

I loved helping people out and dealing with people so that was awesome for me to work there. Also the people that work there are very nice people and a lot of them have been there for a long time.

    Cons

The boss is very unprofessional, he is all about money not about treating his employee's and customers good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In my opinion I believe that management should start to value their customers and employee's and treat them with respect.
