    I worked in Autoliv India kundalahalli.No single pros working here

    Cons

    very bad higher management and HR.A person who does nt know to speak English is being called a HR here.too much of internal politics.no growth for the employees.no clear roadmap and very bad work life balance.They dont treat you as a human being at all..Very bad culture.No single HR policy to support employees.Compensation is just OK.But dont get tempted to the offer they give you while joining and get lost there without direction.Dont spoil your future.No good work to learn and even people there had no learning attitude or growing attitude.Seriously a sick company and not even a startup company can be as bad as this company.All the time the higher management gives the excuse that the company is a start up even though they have passed 3years.But they dont agree to the fact the other start up companies are doing much better than them.Never seen such a useless managers in my life..They treat you as slaves.They dont provide you any minimum basic facilities.some times even the drinking water is a big issue there.no canteen and no transport facility. Very less leaves per year and if you fall sick for 10 days, they dont support you instead your employment is in danger.They dont have good business and the work they get is junk work and u do them is slavery, not employment

    Please wake up to the outside world. And treat the employees well.They are professsionals not the slaves

    They are very open to implementing changes. The people are motivated to work together as a strong team. Leadership has very strong experience in this field.

    Pros

    Good opportunities to grow in the organisation.
    Challenging work in product development areas.
    Good Pay package compared to other companies which offer a similar job profile.

    Cons

    Work atmosphere where I worked isn't great at all.
    No professionalism.
    Too much work at times. Almost everyone in the organisation is overloaded.
    No recreational facilities around the place where i worked.

    Need to create a better working environment and co-ordination between different departments. Office is in a very distant location from the city. Need some recreational facilities. Need to add more resource to manage work effectively

    A slight improvement in infrastructure like a small gym, a small recreation hall or things like that can make a bigger impact on employees satisfaction towards company thereby making it a 100% perfect company in all ways .

    Pros

    Company pries its self in being an Employee Safety first philosophy, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT PLACE TO WORK. Yes. They have got the BEST OF THE BEST in their field be it Safety or Machine Fabrication. One of the TRUE GOOD Companys that DOES WHAT IT SAYS. Employees are No.1 in Safety Issues and they get a chance to have a SAY IN to what is best in their daily rutines and production experience always welcomed.

    Cons

    Need to work more on being Individual and to let Safety DO ITS JOB. Not from the blechers/bench but from the FIELD advantage. They have got GREAT EMPLOYEES, but Safety is always on the bench. Waiting to STOP THE FIRES, not do something before hand. No Manager would approve something unless he saw it and understand it first. They do not let Safety get their hands on the situation.

    Be more PROACTIVE, stop being a MICROMANAGER.....experience is best when it is left to the PROFESSIONALS.
