I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It's like a government company, you will not be penalised if you are not good at work!!! I hardly find any pros in bny mellon.

    Cons

There are endless cons in this company:
    1) No growth
    2) No salary hikes even when you are promoted.
    3) Poor management
    4) If you are resigning, management will welcome it as it will help them in cost cutting.
    5) At times supervisor's salary would be less than sub-ordinates.
    6) IJPs are pre decided in 99% of the cases.
    7) No transparency.
    There are many more....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
