    Pros

Laid out work environment, Incentives, Transportation and in house career advancements courses (very limited though).

    Cons

Growth is close to nil. Salary increment depends on your performance ( but rather than you performance it depends on your manager and his immediate superior).

    Advice to Management

More growth opportunities. Less in house politics. Focus on personal development of the employees.

    Pros

It's like a government company, you will not be penalised if you are not good at work!!! I hardly find any pros in bny mellon.

    Cons

There are endless cons in this company:
    1) No growth
    2) No salary hikes even when you are promoted.
    3) Poor management
    4) If you are resigning, management will welcome it as it will help them in cost cutting.
    5) At times supervisor's salary would be less than sub-ordinates.
    6) IJPs are pre decided in 99% of the cases.
    7) No transparency.
    There are many more....

    Advice to Management

In last 5 and half years I couldn't make them listen anything so I am sure that they are least interested in listening any advice.
