Cons – management not quite good though they are effective, not an employee centric company
Advice to Senior Management – try to be fair as much as possible

Pros – Great people managers & work life balance.
Cons – Growth and salary are big issues here. Slow growth and mediocre salary hikes does not make it a great employer. Bonus and incentives has also been removed wef last year.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide better appraisals. Money matters a lot!

Pros – BofA provides great work life balance. Management is quite good which does not believe in micro management. Innovation at workplace is always encouraged.
Cons – Comps & benefits aren't much up to expectations of a finance industry.
Advice to Senior Management – Company spends much on activities but, never involved the families of the employees in outing etc. The families should also be involved to connect better.

Cons – movement between different verticals across the organisation

Pros – 1) Less work then other IB
2) Work life balance
3) Get few onsites
4) Gym in the all offices available
Cons – 1) salary is not par with other IB
2) Slow growth and promotion
3) If working for US then need to work in the late night
4) Work is not technically good...ie. you do not learn much
Advice to Senior Management – You do not need so many AVPs and VPs.
