Cons – poorly / non trained management team, rude over stressed management, no team work, favourtism lazy employees, no customer service, lie to customers so they do not have to prepare items, zero proofessionallism

Former Employee – worked at Burger King full-time for less than a year
Pros – I DID get a lot of hours so my BI Weekly checks weren't ALL too bad.
Truly learned the value of hard earned money.
Cons – I worked for minimum wage ($7.25/hr).
I did every possible job besides managing, EACH SHIFT.
Didn't get FREE food, only got a discount if my meal was over 4 dollars.
You're not treated like a person.
Other employees goofed off while i was making all the food.
Advice to Senior Management – When you see it's getting hectic, offer assistance or send someone to help fill ridiculous orders, instead of expecting the impossible.

Former Employee – worked at Burger King
Pros – From my experience the work hours received is based on the thoroughness and efficiently of the worker. The job consisted of routine work with no unexpected surprises. An employee meal is offered.
Cons – This job as a career starting from a team member can be a long process. Even with all the skills and knowledge needed to advance it may take months for a position to become available, otherwise relocation is necessary.

Former Employee – worked at Burger King full-time for more than a year
Pros – A salary during desperate times.
If you are Brazilian you will succeed here.
Cons – First things first, everything they tell you during the interview process is a lie. Everyone is completely expendable from the top down and the company functions like a bunch of rats in a cage. "Rapid growth opportunities" is solely the function of consistent 'mass layoffs' and resignations of the top people. The corporate employment model has become the same model used in the restaurants (underpay, over-work, non specialized skills, create monotonous & meaningless tasks, etc) .
The Management Trainee program is where the majority of new hires comes from. Y'all just beware and always keep your resume up-to-date. They will treat you mildly better than everyone else, but the program works much like a cult where they use group pressures and brainwashing to simultaneously make you believe you are there to be major contributors to the company while at the same time The threat of firing will always loom and you will be pitted against each other. If you are looking for an edgy collaborative environment , this is not it.
Absolutely everything is about the bottom line. Office supplies are no longer provided, everyone must bring from home.
Advice to Senior Management – Go home and spend time with your families and kids, it's not worth it. You may be higher ranking, but your head is still on the chopping block just like everyone else.
