    Pros

Good learning environment for direct interactions with all ethnic forms of customers and co-workers. Great for fast moving young people who need some extra cash. Awesome food!

    Cons

Very limited advancement opportunities. Extremely poor upper management systems. Outdated employee education program. High underpayment chances. Virtually no career opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more, and treat them like your best customers. Don't be racist when accepting new hires. Never leave your veteran employees with support in times of great need. Appreciate those in management in all your stores and be more understanding to their needs.
