    Comfortable place to work

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana

ProsExcellent infrastructure; Flexible work environment; overall smart people; good work-life balance most of the times

ConsRelatively limited career growth and opportunities, especially in India office; growth depends mostly on personal connect and rapport with the manager and/or senior management; mostly monotonous work and products; significant deterioration in terms of Senior Management (US-based) commitment to grow India core operations - most focus on making it a back office and support rather than front-end high-value delivering office.

Advice to Senior ManagementSet expectations clearly when hiring new people. Aim to remove personal biases which most senior managers could have and bring transparency into career planning.

Good money but that is all

Research Analyst (Former Employee) New Delhi

ProsThe work hours are not an issue and the facilities are good. Employees can manage to run a business of their own while keeping this job. Compensation is very good in comparison to effort invested. Even if you do not perform well, you will still be taking home a decent figure every month.

ConsThe management is as poor as it can get. Everybody is busy managing their stakeholders, who typically sit out of the US. They have no idea of what is happening in the India office. If you have ambition to be a leader, this place is clearly not the right place for you.

The work is described in a great manner but actually it is just recycling the same products. The business model does not allow the researchers to be authoritative. Moreover, people lead research on topics that they do not have an elementary understanding.

If you are a yes man happy to take good money and not complain about ruining your career, you will do well here.

Advice to Senior ManagementLead by example. Your current employees hold no respect for the way they are being managed.

Do not reduce salaries. That is the reason many people chose to stick with you.

Passive Aggressive HR policies/Unfriendly team dynamics

Research Analyst (Former Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana

    ProsGood starting salary
Structured leaves system. You have certain alloted leaves which you are free to take as per guidelines
Excellent training modules for all levels of employees
    Intelligent co-workers

ConsLimited professional growth both inside and out of the company(since it works in a niche industry)
    Company values are highly hypocritical.
Personally experienced unethical behavior from boss.
Work is boring (despite a lot of effort on behalf of senior management, HR and senior employees to make it interesting)

Advice to Senior ManagementBe less threatening, less hypocritical and avoid window dressing hard facts to be more comely for new joinees.
