“Good for starter”
Former Employee – worked at CK Group
Pros – If you're interested in how a international trading company is operate, then this is a good place for you. Management are very professional and the training are decent. Co-workers are fun to work with and again you will gain a lot of experience on things about running a trading company such as dealing with oversea vendors, price negotiation with buyers, sales skills, knowledge of trade show and if you like to travel you get to do that 6-7 times per year.
Cons – Again this is a job for starter, you can not expect too much on salary and compensation and benefits. There are only 5 PTO on your first year and 1 extra day hereafter.
Advice to Senior Management – Good management. But please pay more respect to the ppl you hired because they dont owe you, they came here to make money for you.
