“Not too bad, typical collections”
Former Employee – worked at CPA full-time for less than a year
Pros – Management was easy to get along with. They would give out snacks on Friday which was a good perk in my opinion.
Cons – Not a whole lot of room to move up and the pay was less than 30k which I feel needed to improve. The medical benefits were pretty expensive.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase pay to keep employees around and larger bonuses for collectors doing well.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros – Very easy to be able to do now work and get away.
Cons – Horrible management with no growth potential.
Advice to Senior Management – Grow up and learn accounting.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
