    Not bad considering

Intern (Former Employee) Houston, TX (US)

ProsGreat people, generous staff bonus', positive working environment. There are a great number of team building exercises that staff attend.

ConsThere is a tendency for staff to work longer hours than is really necessary. With better management and clearer delegated roles, this could be cleared up.

ProsManagement was easy to get along with. They would give out snacks on Friday which was a good perk in my opinion.

ConsNot a whole lot of room to move up and the pay was less than 30k which I feel needed to improve. The medical benefits were pretty expensive.
