    Dynamic work environment

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Camden, NJ (US)

ProsGreat benefits (health, dental, matching 401K 100% up to 4%), friendly working environment, work/life balance, training, and commitment to community service. Management supports career growth and development. Free soup Fridays and random free food can be found frequently. Discounted Godiva chocolates, Pepperidge Farm cookies, and other products at the company store. Building had been in process of updating and creating new modern office areas.

ConsSystems and tools to do job are lacking/unreliable. Company seems to reorganize like every 2 years, which often accompanies layoffs. I've seen many people who have worked there more than 20 years get laid off from reorganizations. Upper management constantly making changes that create a lot of grind.

Advice to Senior ManagementConsider how your actions affect all the people that work below you.
